Student Visas

We deal with all types of Student visas including Tier 4 (Adult) and Tier 4 (Child) Visas. You will need to have a sponsor in the UK. This will usually be the institution where you intend to study.

    We can assist you in the preparation of any Out of Country application, including settlement visa applications for partners, children and other family members, returning resident, right of abode and visit visa applications.

    You will need to provide us with as much information and evidence as possible, with regards to your intended trip.

    In country further leave to remain applications

    If you are already in the UK with limited leave to remain, you may be able to apply for an extension of your leave. This is known as Further Leave to Remain and applications will be based on your particular circumstances.

    We have successfully dealt with a wide range of Further Leave to Remain application types, including applications on the basis of Marriage/Civil Partnerships or as the unmarried partner of a person present and settled in the UK.

    We also have experience of dependant applications, including adopted children and other dependant relatives.

    Settlement/ILR applications

    If you are already in the UK with limited leave to remain, you may be able to apply for settlement. This is known as Indefinite Leave to Remain and applications will be based on your particular circumstances.

    We have successfully dealt with a wide range of Indefinite Leave to Remain application types, including applications on the basis of Marriage/Civil Partnerships or as the unmarried partner of a person present and settled in the UK.

    We also have experience of family dependant applications, including adopted children and other dependant relatives and applications based on Long Residence (10 years lawful residence or 14 years lawful/unlawful residence).

    If you are currently in the UK on limited leave to remain as the spouse of a person present and settled in the UK and you have been the victim of Domestic Violence, we can assist you in a settlement application. We have experience in this area and understand the sensitive nature of such cases.     Work Visas

    With the many changes that have recently occurred in relation to working in the UK, we can guarantee our expert, up to date advice in this rapidly changing area of immigration law.

    In order to apply for British Citizenship you must fulfil the strict Home Office requirements. We will assess your case against these requirements and offer you our honest and professional advice based on your individual circumstances.

    Fresh Asylum Application

    To be able to make a fresh claim any grounds/submissions and any supporting evidence must be significantly different from any material that has previously been considered. The submissions will only be significantly different if the content:

    (i) has not already been considered; and
    (ii) when taken together with the previously considered material, creates a realistic prospect of success, notwithstanding its previous rejection.

    We can assess your suitability for a Fresh claim based on the information you provide about your original claim and any changed circumstances you now wish to be considered.

    If your application has been refused and you have been given a Right of Appeal, we can look at all the relevant facts and information surrounding your case and give our honest expert opinion.
