Amy is a highly valued Legal Assistant within the firm’s Immigration and Family Law departments. She completed her LLB Hons degree from Staffordshire University, graduating with First Class. Prior to joining SMK Solicitors, Amy gained valuable practical experience volunteering at Staffordshire University’s advice clinic, where she gained experience in family, housing and human rights law.

At SMK Solicitors, Amy specialises in human rights applications, with a particular focus on complex cases involving family migration and the right to a private and family life within the UK. She has a strong understanding of the relevant legislation and a commitment to achieving the best possible outcomes for our clients. Amy also supports Akeel in a range of family law matters, including cases concerning arrangements for children and matrimonial finance. Her friendly approach and empathetic nature make her a great asset to the team.
