Rebecca studied law at Keele University, graduating with LLB (Hons) degree in 2012 and went on to complete her legal
practice course at Staffordshire University in 2013, achieving distinction. She has been with the firm since August 2013
and qualified as a solicitor in April 2019.
Rebecca deals with all aspects of immigration law, having attained high level of skill with entry clearance, leave to
remain, settlement, nationality and European residence status applications. Rebecca has successfully secured the rights
for hundreds of individuals and families and has experience working with clients with complex human rights claims,
including Article 8 private/ family life applications.
In addition, Rebecca contributes towards the family law department and is experienced in dealing with matters such as
divorce, financial and child contact.
